More about AndreasOne Schilling UG is an independent, founder-led company. It brings together three things that usually sit in separate places: building software products, advising the people who build them, and investing in the companies behind them.
We work hands-on and pragmatically. What we advise on, we have done ourselves — from scaling engineering organisations to building software with AI agents every day. Speed of learning matters more to us than perfect plans.
